Assistant Educator Role

About the Role:

N Family Club is seeking a dedicated and passionate Assistant Educator to join our team. As an Assistant Educator, you will play a vital role in inspiring and educating young minds, helping them to reach their full potential.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Work closely with the lead educator to deliver high-quality educational programs
  • Plan and implement engaging and interactive lessons
  • Build strong relationships with children, parents, and colleagues
  • Contribute to a positive and inclusive learning environment
  • Participate in ongoing professional development to enhance skills and knowledge

What We Offer:

  • A competitive salary range of £23,800 - £25,000
  • A performance-related bonus of up to £750 per year
  • A choice of a 4-day 36 hour week or the classic 5 day 40 hour week
  • Up to 32 days of holiday per year, including 3 days between Christmas and New Year
  • Complimentary daily lunch and drinks
  • Access to a personal development fund of £100 per year
  • Funding and paid time off for Level 3/EYTT/EY Degrees/Forest School/Leadership and other training and professional development
  • A £100 clothing allowance
