We are seeking a seasoned Financial Services Manager - Training and Compliance to join our team in Birmingham. Key Responsibilities:

  • Create and deliver high-quality training content for various audiences;
  • Maintain accurate records and update training materials as needed;
  • Collaborate with other teams to achieve business objectives and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements;
  • Develop and implement effective training strategies to improve employee performance and productivity;
  • Conduct regular training needs assessments to identify areas for improvement and develop targeted solutions;

Requirements:

  • Degree in a related field or equivalent experience;
  • Minimum 2 years of experience as a Training and Compliance Manager in the wealth management industry;
  • Strong understanding of compliance regulations and standards;
  • Excellent training skills, with the ability to create engaging content and deliver effective training sessions;
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work collaboratively with others;
  • Ability to maintain accurate records and update training materials as needed;
  • Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities and deadlines;
