**Job Summary:**
We are seeking a seasoned Financial Services Manager - Training and Compliance to join our team in Birmingham. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for creating and delivering high-quality training content, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements, and collaborating with other teams to achieve business objectives.

**What We Offer:

Key Responsibilities:
- Create and deliver high-quality training content for various audiences;
- Maintain accurate records and update training materials as needed;
- Collaborate with other teams to achieve business objectives and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements;
- Develop and implement effective training strategies to improve employee performance and productivity;
- Conduct regular training needs assessments to identify areas for improvement and develop targeted solutions;
Requirements:
- Degree in a related field or equivalent experience;
- Minimum 2 years of experience as a Training and Compliance Manager in the wealth management industry;
- Strong understanding of compliance regulations and standards;
- Excellent training skills, with the ability to create engaging content and deliver effective training sessions;
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work collaboratively with others;
- Ability to maintain accurate records and update training materials as needed;
- Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities and deadlines;
