Our graduate programmes are designed to provide a comprehensive development journey, focusing on both soft skills, business knowledge, and technical ability. In this role, you will design, develop, and test electrical and mechanical solutions for our test benches. You will work closely with our design teams to improve the sustainability profiles of test benches and provide input on Life Cycle Assessments, Eco-Design Assessments, and the evolving compliance landscape.

As a graduate engineer, you will have the opportunity to rotate through different departments, gaining a broad understanding of the company and developing your skills in a variety of areas. You will also have access to a comprehensive schedule of training opportunities, including on-the-job activity and development weeks with your global graduate community.

To be a successful applicant, we ask that you demonstrate you have:

  • Educated to a Master's Degree, or Bachelor's Degree level (or equivalent) in Engineering or a Scientific based subject
  • Understanding of circular economy and the life cycle of products and how certain design choices affects these
  • Excited by technical challenges and problem solving, and driven to deliver
  • Strong verbal and written communication in our business language (English)
  • A desire to work in a collaborative team environment, focused on driving future innovation.

Desirable Skills:

  • Interest in technology design and assessment
  • Understanding of technology and associated operational environmental impact
  • Basic understanding or strong aptitude to learn/understand sustainability related policies, regulations, standards, and literature
  • Good understanding of the circular economy's impact on sustainable engineering
  • Ability to influence decision making and gain support across diverse teams
