We are seeking an experienced Medical Secretary to join our administrative team at Christchurch Community Mental Health Team.
This role offers a unique opportunity to work in a dynamic and forward-looking environment, running 12 community hospitals, specialist inpatient facilities, and a wide range of integrated community and mental health services for almost 800,000 people.
Job Summary
We are looking for a skilled and enthusiastic individual to provide efficient secretarial, administrative, and reception support for our team.
The successful candidate will be responsible for:
- Liaising with members of the public and various professionals in primary and secondary care services.
- Keeping RIO, the Trust's patient record system, up to date, following data protection and GDPR legislation.
Requirements
To succeed in this role, you will need:
- An intermediate level of audio typing skills.
- An understanding of Office 365, including Outlook, Word, and Excel.
- An outstanding telephone manner and excellent communication skills.
Salary and Benefits
The salary for this position is estimated to be around £25,000-£30,000 per annum, depending on experience.
