Exciting Opportunity for an Oncology Nurse

We are seeking a skilled Oncology Nurse to join our Clinical homecare company on a temporary basis. This field-based role involves supporting patients in their homes for various treatments, including bloods, toxicity assessments, IV chemotherapy, oral chemotherapy, pump disconnections, line care, and patient training.

As part of our wider oncology team, you will work closely with patients to provide high-quality care and support. This is a fantastic opportunity to make a real difference in the lives of our patients and contribute to the success of our company.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide high-quality care and support to patients in their homes
  • Administer various treatments, including bloods, toxicity assessments, and IV chemotherapy
  • Support patients with oral chemotherapy, pump disconnections, and line care
  • Provide patient training and education
  • Work closely with the wider oncology team to ensure seamless care and support

Requirements:
  • Current registration as an Oncology Nurse
  • Experience in field-based oncology nursing
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to travel to patient locations
