About the Role:

We are seeking a dedicated and passionate Early Years Practitioner to join our team of agency workers at Connex Education.

Located in the North West, this role offers a competitive hourly rate of £13.36, dependent on qualifications and experience.

The successful candidate will work on a shift rota basis with hours available between 8am-5pm / 9am-6pm, minimum 16 hours a week.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Foster a safe and nurturing environment for children aged 0-5 years, delivering engaging play and learning activities to delight and educate young minds.
  • Develop and implement creative lesson plans that cater to diverse learning styles and abilities.

Requirements:

  • A minimum Level 2 qualification in childcare or a related field, alongside Early Years experience.
  • In-depth knowledge of the EYFS framework and its application in practice.
  • A genuine passion for child development and well-being, combined with excellent communication skills to effectively engage with children, colleagues, and parents.
  • A Paediatric First Aid Qualification is preferred but not essential.
  • A driving license is also desirable but not required.
