Deputy Home Manager Opportunity

We are currently recruiting for an experienced Deputy Home Manager to join our team at TRCGroup in Norwich.

As a Deputy Manager, you will play a key role in assisting the Home Manager in managing operations within the home, ensuring the provision of high-quality care and reaching or exceeding goals.

You will be responsible for overseeing the care staff, training and supervising them in all facets of their work, and assisting the Home Manager with pre-admission assessments of residents.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Engaging with service users to understand their needs and provide excellent care services.
  • Maintaining good working knowledge of CQC standards.
  • Building and maintaining excellent working relationships with external care professionals, families, visitors, and staffing team.
  • Promoting ownership of care programs by involving service users and their families in developing, agreeing, and evaluating care programs.

Qualifications required for the role include:

Essential Qualifications:
  • NMC registered nurse with relevant experience.
