About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and enthusiastic Personal Trainer to join our team at Fitness First. As a Personal Trainer, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality training sessions to our members, helping them achieve their fitness goals and improving their overall well-being.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide personalized training sessions to members, tailoring your approach to meet their individual needs and goals.
  • Develop and maintain a deep understanding of our members' expectations and preferences, ensuring a positive and enjoyable experience for each and every one.
  • Work closely with our management team and colleagues to promote our vision and values, and to drive business growth and development.
  • Continuously update your knowledge and skills to stay ahead of industry trends and best practices, ensuring you remain a leading expert in your field.
  • Contribute to the creation and delivery of engaging and effective training programs, workshops, and events that meet the needs of our members and the business.

Requirements
  • A REPs Level 3 Personal Training qualification, demonstrating your expertise and commitment to the profession.
  • A passion for health, fitness, and well-being, with a strong desire to make a positive impact on the lives of others.
  • An entrepreneurial mindset, with a willingness to take calculated risks and drive business growth and development.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with members, colleagues, and management.
