Job Opportunity: Coatings Specialist

Orbital Recruitment is seeking a skilled Coatings Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate will have experience in rolling stock finishing and be able to work independently with minimal supervision.

Responsibilities:

* Apply coatings to rolling stock using orbital spray equipment
* Ensure high-quality finishes and meet customer specifications
* Work safely and efficiently to meet production deadlines
* Collaborate with other team members to achieve common goals

Requirements:

* 2+ years of experience in rolling stock finishing
* Strong knowledge of coating applications and safety protocols
* Ability to work 57.5 hours per week, Monday to Friday
* Availability for overtime and weekend shifts

What We Offer:

* Competitive hourly rate: £19.50 per hour (days), £23.50 per hour (weekends), £23.50 per hour (nights), £20.50 per hour (afters)
