About the Role

As a skilled butcher, you will be responsible for providing high-quality products to customers while maintaining excellent customer service standards. You will work closely with the butchery manager and team to support sales and profit growth, ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations and company standards.

Main Responsibilities

Key responsibilities include preparing orders to customer specifications, maintaining stock control, and working as part of a small team to achieve departmental goals. You may also be required to run the department in the absence of the butchery manager, following company standard ways of working and legislative requirements.
