Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly motivated and enthusiastic Commercial Property Solicitor to join our Telford office. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for managing a varied and interesting caseload of commercial property transactions.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage a portfolio of commercial property transactions, including conditional contracts, options, promotion agreements, and development agreements.
  • Act for developers in land acquisitions and plot sales.
  • Assist in the acquisition, sales, and refinancing of freehold and leasehold commercial premises.
  • Advise and negotiate on commercial leases for both landlords and tenants.
  • Provide practical and commercial solutions to clients, working closely with them to achieve their goals.

Requirements:

  • Experience in an established commercial property practice.
  • Ability to contribute to business development, including marketing activities and client relationship management.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
