The successful candidate will be responsible for undertaking all aspects of carpentry, plumbing, plastering, tiling, and painting as required, installing wet rooms, and assisting with making good and repairs in a variety of domestic properties. Key responsibilities include routine preventative maintenance and reactive works, managing workload, and working to deadlines. The ideal candidate will have a full driving licence, previous experience in a similar role, and excellent customer service skills.
