Harrison Scott Associates is seeking an experienced Account Development Manager to join our team as a Paper Packaging Business Specialist. In this role, you will be responsible for managing key accounts and overseeing sales strategies to drive business growth.

This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced sales professional to join a leading recruitment agency specializing in the paper packaging industry. The successful candidate will have a strong understanding of national account management and be able to develop and maintain strong relationships with major UK supermarket groups and household names within the fast food sectors.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage key accounts including major UK supermarket groups and household names within the fast food sectors
  • Oversee accounts with annual spends between £3-6m pa, handling 15m items of packaging per week
  • Support the expansion efforts of the company by identifying new business opportunities and developing strategies to increase capacity with additional paper packaging machinery
