About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Housing Management Solicitor to join our client's growing team in Bristol. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in property litigation, with experience in handling a caseload of property litigation files, including possession claims, injunction claims, and cases involving the Equality Act 2010 and the Mental Capacity Act 2005.

Key Responsibilities
  • Handling a caseload of property litigation files, including possession claims, injunction claims, and cases involving the Equality Act 2010 and the Mental Capacity Act 2005
  • Working closely with the Partner to ensure career development and growth
  • Providing excellent client service and building strong relationships with clients
  • Staying up-to-date with changes in property law and regulations
Requirements
  • 1-4 years PQE with previous property litigation experience
  • Strong knowledge of property law and regulations
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
