Hotel Operations Manager Opportunity

We are seeking an experienced Hotel Operations Manager to oversee the smooth operation of our luxury hotel and spa in Gloucestershire. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for managing the hotel during the night shift, ensuring exceptional customer service, and maintaining high standards of quality and safety.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Monitor and support the front desk team to ensure seamless guest experiences
  • Manage the hotel's operations during the night shift, including supervising staff and coordinating tasks
  • Act as an ambassador for the hotel and brand, promoting a positive image and reputation
  • Provide exceptional customer service, responding to guest needs and concerns

Requirements:

  • Previous experience in a similar role, preferably in a luxury hotel environment
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with staff and guests
  • Fluent in English, both written and spoken
