**Job Summary:**

We are seeking a Disability Support Specialist to join our team as a Functional Specialist. This role involves working with individuals who are navigating the Personal Independence Payments (PIP) claim process.

As a Functional Specialist, you will work closely with claimants to understand their needs and provide personalized support. You will conduct thorough assessments, maintain accurate records, and produce comprehensive reports to ensure that claimants receive the support they deserve.

**What You'll Do:**

  • Conduct a unique blend of 3 assessments per day to help those in need
  • Maintain accurate and detailed records to complete in-depth report writing
  • Maintain a professional manner when dealing with all claimants

**Requirements:**

  • Minimum 12 months post-qualification experience in Nursing (RMN, RGN, RLDN) / Occupational Therapist/ Paramedic/ Physiotherapist
  • Active registration with NMC/HCPC/GMC with no practice restrictions
