Senior Air Conditioning Engineer

RGB Network is seeking a highly skilled Senior Air Conditioning Engineer to join our team in Oxford. As a key member of our engineering team, you will be responsible for providing expert technical support and maintenance services to our clients across the UK.

About the Role:
  • Provide technical support and maintenance services to our clients across the UK
  • Carry out service work on a diverse range of air conditioning and refrigeration equipment, including VRV/VRF, AHU/FCU/Down flow units, Splits & Multi Splits, Fridges/Chillers
  • Work closely with our clients to understand their technical requirements and provide tailored solutions
  • Contribute to the development of our engineering team and help drive business growth
What We Offer:
  • A competitive salary of £40-45k dependent on experience
  • Door to Door travel at time and a half when 9 hours completed door to door
  • 40 hour week
  • Overtime outside of your contracted 40 hours (including travel time) will be paid at: Monday to Saturday - Hourly Rate x 1.5, Sunday - Hourly Rate x 2
  • 20 days paid holiday

  • Call out Rota 1 in 6 £90 standby
Requirements:
  • Proven experience in air conditioning and refrigeration engineering
  • Strong technical knowledge and problem-solving skills
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
