Main Responsibilities

  • Provide comprehensive Occupational Health, Safety & Wellbeing services
  • Advise management teams on current issues

  • Manage budget responsibilities
  • Lead the Clinical Nursing Team

Qualifications and Experience

Essential

  • Diploma or higher in Nursing
  • 2 or more years of experience at Band 6
  • Clinical competency in assessments, injury assessment, health surveillance, workplace hazard evaluation

Desirable

  • Experience in assisting ill employees with return-to-work
  • Strong collaboration and teamwork skills
  • Data management and reporting experience
