About the Role: As a Nursery Chef, you will be responsible for creating a nutritious and delicious food offer that inspires young children to lead a healthier lifestyle. You will develop and lead a team to maintain high standards in food preparation and presentation. With a proven track record of continually improving standards, you will be passionate about food and possess excellent craft skills and some bakery experience.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and lead a team to maintain high standards in food preparation and presentation
  • Create a nutritious and delicious food offer that inspires young children to lead a healthier lifestyle
  • Manage allergens and ensure compliance with relevant food and health and safety regulations

Requirements: To be successful in this role, you must have excellent communication skills, a comprehensive understanding of managing allergens, and the ability to manage the kitchen and train the team to required standards. A flexible approach to working overtime as required is also essential.
