Do you have a keen eye for detail and a talent for business case analysis? We are seeking a highly skilled Portfolio Planning Specialist to join our Yorkshire Building Society Group team.

In this role, you will work closely with the Portfolio Planning Manager and the Director of Change Delivery to establish effective portfolio structures, governance, and reporting. Your primary goal will be to provide executive-level oversight and reporting to support informed decision-making.

We are looking for someone with a deep understanding of project delivery frameworks and the ability to develop and maintain effective working relationships with stakeholders at all levels.

  • Main Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement effective governance frameworks that align with organisational governance and Enterprise Portfolio standards.
  • Collaborate with project teams to implement best practices for planning, managing, and delivering change.
  • Oversee project finances, documentation, process documents, and information sources to ensure timely and budget-friendly delivery.
  • Provide ongoing planning and management support to project teams.
  • IDentify and mitigate delivery risks, holding project teams accountable for their performance.
  • Deliver high-quality reports to the workstream and the Change Management Office.

The estimated salary for this position is £65,000 - £80,000 per annum, depending on experience. If you have a proven track record in portfolio management and a passion for driving business growth, we encourage you to apply.
