About the Role

We are seeking a skilled and experienced professional to join our Fundraising Team as a Trusts and Statutory Fundraising Manager. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for securing income from trusts, foundations, and statutory contracts to support our mission to improve the lives of vulnerable children and young people.

About the Team

Our Fundraising Team is a dynamic and supportive team of five, with a shared target to raise £8 million for our group of charities. We are a complex organisation, and you will enjoy dealing with a varied range of projects and service activities to seek out the information you need.

About the Organisation

Coram is the UK's oldest children's charity, founded by Thomas Coram in 1739. We support children and young people from birth to independence, creating a change that lasts a lifetime. Our group helps over one million children, young people, families, and professionals every year by providing access to the skills and opportunities they need to thrive.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and maintain relationships with trusts, foundations, and statutory funders
  • Research and identify new funding opportunities
  • Write and submit high-quality funding applications
  • Build on existing portfolios of funders and develop new relationships
  • Work collaboratively with colleagues to achieve team targets
