About the Role

We are seeking an experienced and skilled Senior Pharmacist to join our team at the Royal Free London NHS Foundation Trust. This is an exciting opportunity for a clinical pharmacy specialist to lead the development and delivery of high-quality medicines management services to our private patients.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide clinical leadership to the pharmacy team, ensuring the delivery of safe and effective medicines management services.
  • Develop and implement strategies to improve patient outcomes, reduce medication errors, and optimize resource utilization.
  • Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure seamless care transitions and effective communication.
  • Contribute to the development and review of policies, procedures, and guidelines related to medicines management.
  • Participate in clinical audits and evaluations to identify areas for improvement and implement changes.
Requirements
  • Registered with the General Pharmaceutical Council.
  • Postgraduate certificate in pharmacy practice or equivalent.
  • Experience working as a hospital pharmacist, with a proven track record of providing clinical services to specialty areas.
  • Excellent communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills.
