We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Venue Operations Support Officer to join our team at OnFife. The successful candidate will provide technical and manual services for events and activities in our theatre venues, ensuring the efficient delivery of events and providing assistance to other venue staff as needed.
About the Role:
- Provide technical support for events and activities in OnFife theatres
- Contribute to the efficient delivery of events and ensure smooth operations
- Collaborate with venue staff to achieve shared goals and objectives
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver exceptional customer service to event attendees and stakeholders
- Maintain high standards of health and safety protocols in the workplace
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with internal teams and external partners
Estimated Salary: £26,000 - £31,000 per annum (dependent on experience)
