Job Overview: We are seeking a Corporate Solicitor to join our busy and entrepreneurial team environment in Walsall. As a key member of our corporate law team, you will work on a diverse range of high-quality corporate transactions including Mergers and Acquisitions, Joint Ventures, and general corporate finance matters.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Draft, review, and negotiate various corporate agreements ensuring accuracy, compliance, and alignment with client objectives.
  • Handle a wide range of corporate transactions, including mergers, acquisitions, joint ventures, and general corporate finance matters.
  • Work closely with clients from various business sectors, providing exceptional communication and client handling skills.

Requirements:

  • At least six years' PQE experience in corporate law, gained within another leading regional or national law firm.
  • Excellent communication and client handling skills, with the ability to deal with clients from a wide range of business sectors.
  • The ability to draft, review, and negotiate a variety of corporate agreements, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and alignment with client objectives.
