We are seeking an experienced Probate Solicitor to join our team in Croydon, working part-time 3-5 days per week. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in estate administration and probate law.
The successful applicant will be responsible for making applications for the second stage of the process of will grants, as well as searching for an experienced probate practitioner.
Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare and submit applications for will grants
- Conduct research to identify suitable candidates for probate roles
About the Role:
