About the Role

We are seeking a detail-oriented and passionate Legal Accountant to join our team of Solicitors. As a key member of our team, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth and effective operations of our firm.

Key Responsibilities
  • Billing and accounts administration duties for several teams and departments within the firm, including:
  • Invoice preparation and assignment of payments
  • Inputting of supplier payments onto portal and bank authorisations
  • Credit control and aged debtors, working with the retained team
  • Client account checks and consultant invoice checks and payments
  • Compliance with SRA rules
About You
  • Prior experience within Legal Accounts as a Legal Cashier or Accounts Assistant
  • Comfortable working in a stand-alone role, making it your own and supporting busy teams
  • Detail-oriented with a high degree of accuracy
  • Meet all tasks with enthusiasm and determination
  • Positive, friendly and a good communicator
What We Offer

We offer a competitive salary of £28,000 - £35,000 DOE, 22 days annual leave (rising year on year to 25 days and following that 30 days after 10 years service), pension, paid parking, and a fantastic team social environment.
