About the Role

Sugarman Health & Wellbeing is seeking a dedicated Senior Support Worker to join their team in Sandbach. This rewarding role involves supporting a young lady with Learning difficulties and Autism in her own home.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage a core staff team of 10+ Support workers
  • Complete and oversee monthly rotas
  • Monitor staff compliance
  • Carry out Supervisions, spot checks and Annual Appraisals
  • Update Risk assessments and Care Plan reviews

The ideal candidate will possess transferable management skills in the care sector, be willing to learn and experience new things, and have a strong enthusiasm for delivering exceptional care. A full enhanced DBS and up-to-date CV are also required.
