Job Title: Relief Cook

Creative Support Ltd is seeking a Relief Cook to join our team at Wilshaw House in Ashton-under-Lyne. As a Relief Cook, you will be responsible for providing cover in the kitchen, preparing and cooking meals for our service users, and maintaining a clean and safe environment.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Prepare and cook meals in line with an agreed menu plan and in consultation with service users.
  • Manage the kitchen area, including shopping, stock control, and rotation.
  • Ensure all kitchen and dining areas are clean and tidy according to cleaning schedules.
  • Prepare food in a hygienic manner and in accordance with health and safety and food hygiene legislation.
  • Work collaboratively as part of a team to provide a reliable service.
