About Our Team:

We're seeking a talented PR Specialist to join our team at Boutique, a unique and exciting agency that works with extraordinary people and superb consumer and B2B brands.

As a PR Specialist, you will have in-house or agency PR experience and/or be educated to degree level in PR or a related subject. But more importantly, we're looking for someone with tons of enthusiasm and an appetite to develop their PR skills in a daring, dynamic and disruptive agency.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Create press materials (press releases, news stories, case studies etc.)
  • Pitch stories and feature ideas to journalists across print, broadcast and online media
  • Develop client relationships
  • People management
  • Lead client meetings
  • Evaluate campaigns effectively using best of breed PR, Social Media and SEO tools
  • Respond to enquiries from journalists and identify newsjacking opportunities
  • Demonstrate an ability to secure results independently and as part of a team
  • Engage key online influencers through a mix of channels
  • Maintain weekly and monthly reporting and evaluation documents
  • BraINSTORM CREATIVE IDEAS

Your Skills and Experience:

  • Creative thinking
  • Relationship building
  • Experience of managing digital PR accounts is essential, experience of traditional and events would be beneficial
  • Experience of line management and developing more junior team members
  • Strong media relations skills
  • An understanding of the media across B2C and B2B publications
  • Excellent time management – working to both internal and external deadlines
  • Some knowledge of SEO and social media and how the channels integrate with PR
