Dumfries and Galloway Council is committed to providing exceptional support to its pupils, and we are currently seeking a Casual Learning Assistant to join our team.

The successful candidate will provide cover on a day-to-day basis within Primary Schools, Secondary Schools, and Learning Centres across the authority. They will work closely with teachers and other support staff to create a safe and inclusive learning environment for all pupils.

To be eligible for this role, candidates must have Standard Grade General (or equivalent), including Numeracy and Literacy, and experience working with children and/or young people. Experience of working with children/young people with additional support needs would be advantageous.
