We are working with a Housing Association based in Exeter, who are seeking a HR Advisor on a three-month temporary contract. The ideal candidate will have experience in delivering high-quality HR advice and guidance, as well as managing high-volume ER casework cases.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide HR advice and guidance on policy, best practices, and processes
  • Support the wider HR team with managing ER casework, including disciplinary, grievance, and performance management
  • Experience using Oracle is desirable
  • Good knowledge of Microsoft Office, Word, Excel, and Outlook
