Job Opportunity

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Corporate Lawyer to join our team at Legal Southwest in Exeter City Central. As a key member of our Corporate and Commercial department, you will advise clients on a wide range of commercial matters, including corporate and commercial law, financial services, and business law.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide expert advice to clients on commercial agreements, drafting and reviewing contracts, and identifying key areas of risk.
  • Support General Counsel on business-critical projects, working closely with the team to deliver high-quality results.
  • Develop and maintain effective client relationships, promoting our services and building trust with our clients.
  • Collaborate with colleagues across the firm to deliver exceptional client service and drive business growth.
Requirements
  • Qualified solicitor with 3-8 years' PQE in corporate commercial law.
  • Strong commercial awareness and experience in advising clients on a broad range of corporate and commercial matters.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients and colleagues.
