About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated Estate Agent to join our team as a Sales Negotiator in Aberdare. As a key member of our residential sales team, you will play a crucial role in helping people find their dream home by generating and booking valuations, conducting property viewings, negotiating offers, and agreeing sales.

Requirements
  • Preferably an experienced sales person with a strong track record of success
  • Outstanding customer care and customer service experience
  • Resilient, positive, organized, numerate, and detail-oriented
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • IT literate with proficiency in MS Office, internet, and email systems
  • A Full UK driving licence and access to your own vehicle
