The program begins with an initial virtual classroom-based orientation session, followed by hands-on business training at a branch office. As you progress, increasingly more opportunities will become available to you. You can choose to continue your ascent within our Rental Operations managerial track or explore other exciting options within Enterprise, including Human Resources, Accounting, Revenue Management, Sales, Marketing, and more.

Your role as a Graduate Management Trainee will empower you to make business decisions that greatly affect your career and the bottom line. You'll gain responsibility for developing new business and maintaining current relationships. You'll understand cost control, read your branch's P&L statement, and learn what it takes to run a profitable business.

We'll teach you how to effectively communicate, influence, and interact with customers, vendors, and colleagues. You'll learn proper sales techniques, problem-solving strategies, and conflict management. This will provide you with the opportunity to market to local business partners and build long-lasting relationships with key decision-makers.

In this role, you'll also have the chance to mentor, train, develop, manage, and promote staff of your own. As you progress, you'll be rewarded with pay increases and opportunities for continued promotions.

Requirements

To succeed in this role, you should have:

  • A Bachelor's degree (preferred) or relevant professional experience.">
  • A full manual UK or EU driving license (we make accommodations for applicants with disabilities).">
  • No drug or alcohol-related offense on your driving record within the last five years.">

Salary: £25,000 - £30,000 per annum
