Full time. Permanent

40-hour week standard, Monday - Friday

Guided Learning Hours: 288 hours

Total Qualification Time: 15 Months including EPA

What we're looking for:

  • Assist Operation teams with direct contact with residents
  • Book and schedule in work with residents explaining works, timeframes and their responsibilities
  • Handle daily reporting, dashboard updates, sales enquiries, tenders, and surveys.
  • Manage inboxes and distribute documentation.
  • Perform ad-hoc administrative tasks as needed.

Requirements:

  • Interest in administration/customer service roles.
  • Strong communication skills.
  • IT literate
  • Effective time management.
  • May require a DBS check.
  • CCSE C or Above in Maths and English (Or willingness to obtain during the term of the apprenticeship)
