Classroom Learning Associate

We are seeking a motivated and compassionate Teaching Assistant to join our team at a Primary School in the Anfield area of Liverpool. This is an excellent opportunity to contribute to pupil learning and development while gaining valuable experience and skills.
About the Role:- Providing one-to-one support to children with SEN, promoting independence and confidence
- Developing and implementing engaging lesson plans and activities to meet individual pupil needs
- Working collaboratively with teachers and other support staff to achieve shared goals
- Contributing to whole-school initiatives and events to foster a sense of community
- Experience working with children with SEN, preferably in a primary school context
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to think creatively and develop innovative solutions
- Flexibility and adaptability in a fast-paced environment
- Salary: £26,000 - £36,000 per annum
