We are recruiting for a skilled Mixologist to join our team at Stairs Leisure Ltd, a leading hospitality provider.

About the Role:

  • Prepare and serve cocktails to customers in a fast-paced environment, utilizing your expertise to create exceptional drinking experiences.
  • Maintain a clean and organized workspace, adhering to health and safety standards and company policies.
  • Work collaboratively with colleagues to ensure excellent customer service and contribute to a positive team dynamic.

About You:

  • You have previous experience working as a bartender with cocktail-making skills.
  • You possess excellent communication and teamwork skills.
  • You are able to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends.

What We Offer:

  • A competitive monthly salary of £28,500.
  • Tips and overtime available, providing opportunities for increased earnings.

Working Arrangements:

We offer 4 on 4 off alternating full-time shifts, ensuring you have a healthy work-life balance. Our shifts typically run from 08:00 to 21:00 or 11:00 until close.
