The Part You'll Play

We're looking for a Marketing Manager to join our Growth team, playing a key role in scaling our business. The successful candidate will lead and manage all content creation and marketing initiatives, driving new opportunities in key areas like Creative/Advertising, Social Media, Agile Production, and Brand Experience.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop a marketing and content plan to support the agency's annual growth plans and objectives.
  • Work with Business Development Directors to create tailored content that aligns with our audiences.
  • Manage the creation of various marketing assets/materials, from videos and podcasts to newsletters and social media content.
  • Coordinate with PR and Comms to ensure a consistent message across all touchpoints.
  • Manage budgets and timelines to keep projects on track.
  • Stay current with industry trends to keep our marketing and content cutting-edge.
  • Manage the CRM for client and prospect data, engagement, and measurement.
About You

We're looking for a creative, driven, and enthusiastic Marketing Manager with a growth mindset. The ideal candidate will have previous experience in PR, Marketing, or Communications, preferably within an agency environment. They should have excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to create compelling content and convey marketing messages.
