Digital PR Account Manager Role at Wolfenden

We're seeking a skilled Digital PR Account Manager to join our team at Wolfenden, where you'll have genuine influence on the direction of our digital PR strategies and make a significant impact on our clients' businesses.

This role offers a unique opportunity to work closely with our SEO and content teams, as well as our client services leads, to drive real business success. You'll support junior members of the team in developing their careers while leveraging your own strategic skillset with the guidance of our senior team.

Your Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage activity for key clients and ensure timely delivery of quality work.
  • Communicate effectively with clients on a daily basis.
  • Develop creative campaign ideas and detailed proposals that fit client briefs.
  • Monitor progress against monthly and quarterly KPIs.
  • Build and develop relationships, identifying upsell opportunities and capitalizing on them.
  • Lead on planning and execution of client calls and meetings.
  • Act as a mentor for junior team members, guiding them in industry knowledge and peer reviewing their work.
  • Contribute to brainstorming and education sessions, sharing knowledge through relevant communication channels.

About This Opportunity

You'll be responsible for delivering campaigns successfully according to client KPIs, having experience in brainstorming and executing campaigns using both data and creative-led approaches, managing or leading a team, and securing media coverage through pitching stories to journalists.

A strong understanding of digital marketing, social media, SEO, and relevant tools is essential, along with excellent copywriting skills and attention to detail. As a flexible individual, you'll thrive in a dynamic, fast-paced environment, comfortable communicating at various levels and passionate about quality work.

Application Process
