Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced Ward Manager to join our team at New Hall Hospital in Salisbury. The successful candidate will be responsible for leading a team of healthcare professionals to deliver high-quality patient care while maintaining a safe and efficient working environment.

What You'll Do:
  1. You will be responsible for leading a team of nurses and support staff to deliver high standards of patient care
  2. You will develop and implement effective strategies to improve patient outcomes and staff satisfaction
  3. You will maintain accurate records and reports to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements
  4. You will participate in the recruitment, induction, and training of new staff members
Requirements:
  • NMC registration as a nurse or midwife
  • Proven experience in leadership and management within a healthcare setting
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Able to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
Salary and Benefits:
