Streetworks Trainer and Assessor

We are seeking a skilled Streetworks (NRSWA) and NPORS Mobile Plant Trainer and Assessor to join our team at SSE Enterprise.

The successful candidate will be responsible for delivering high-quality training sessions and conducting assessments to ensure our staff possess the technical knowledge and skills needed to operate safely in challenging environments.

The ideal candidate will have a strong operational background with sufficient vocational experience working on the highway, ideally in the energy or utilities sector.

Key responsibilities include:

• Facilitating training sessions and conducting assessments
• Developing training content and sessions
• Ensuring all training materials are up to date
• Providing expert advice and guidance
• Engaging with internal and external stakeholders
