About the Role
We are seeking a compassionate and skilled Residential Support Worker to join our team. As a key member of our staff, you will be responsible for:
Key Responsibilities
- Providing daily care and support to residents, including medication administration and personal care.
- Developing and maintaining positive relationships with residents, encouraging their independence and self-esteem.
- Participating in therapeutic activities and interventions, supporting residents' emotional and psychological needs.
- Working collaboratively with other members of the team to ensure seamless delivery of care and support services.
Requirements
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- A valid driving license.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work flexibly and respond to changing situations.
- Experience working with vulnerable individuals or groups, preferably in a childcare or youth work setting.
