Prospect Health is seeking a skilled Nurse Practitioner/Pharmacist to join our team on a part-time basis. As a key member of our multidisciplinary team, you will be responsible for delivering expert care to patients, including assessment, diagnosis, treatment, and evaluation.
Key Responsibilities- Communicate effectively with patients, families, and healthcare teams to provide safe and competent care.
- Work collaboratively with the multidisciplinary team to meet the needs of patients, supporting the delivery of policy and procedures.
- Provide clinical leadership and guidance to colleagues as required.
- NHS Pension with 20.9% Employer Contribution.
- 25 days / 5 weeks / 200 hours annual leave plus Bank Holidays (pro-rata, if part-time).
- Extra day of leave per year for work anniversary.
