Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly organized and customer-focused Driver and Trade Counter Assistant to join our team at GCS Associates. As a key member of our logistics and sales team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our trade counter and delivery services.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist customers with their queries and provide excellent customer service
  • Process transactions and manage cash handling
  • Operate a 3.5-tonne vehicle for deliveries and collections
  • Maintain a high level of product knowledge and assist customers with product information
  • Work collaboratively with the sales team to achieve sales targets

Requirements:
