About This Role

As a Senior Digital Operations Manager, you will lead a team of 4 professionals, overseeing their performance and guiding them to achieve exceptional results. With 2 direct reports, you will be responsible for their development and growth within the company.

This is a 6-month freelance role with a luxury hotel chain operating globally, with 12 hotels across various locations. As a key member of the digital team, you will contribute to the company's overall strategy, focusing on digital ecosystem management, CRM strategy, and performance marketing.

Key Responsibilities
  • Oversee the digital ecosystem, ensuring seamless integration of websites, CRM systems, and performance marketing strategies.
  • Maintain relationships with key agency partners, collaborating closely to enhance website and performance marketing initiatives.
  • Project manage digital initiatives, including the launch of new eCommerce platforms and B2B websites, driving business growth and customer engagement.
  • Support IT transformation initiatives, working in conjunction with the technical team to implement effective solutions.
  • Manage department budgets, making informed financial decisions to optimize resources and maximize returns.
  • Present monthly webinars on digital updates to stakeholders, fostering open communication and collaboration.
Requirements
  • Prior experience in a luxury brand or hotel setting is highly desirable.
  • A proven track record of leadership is essential, demonstrating your ability to guide and motivate teams.
  • Exceptional communication skills are required, enabling you to effectively collaborate with colleagues and stakeholders.
What You'll Need to Succeed

We estimate that this role will pay around £80,000 per annum, based on industry standards and London's cost of living.
