About the Role:

We are seeking a skilled MHE Trainer to join our team at Logistics People. As an MHE Trainer, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality training to our warehouse staff, ensuring they have the necessary skills to operate our materials handling equipment safely and efficiently.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver MHE training to warehouse staff, including conversions and refreshers
  • Assess forklift drivers' ability and make fair decisions based on their capability and skill
  • Maintain accurate MHE documentation and assessment records

Requirements:

  • RTITB or ITSSAR accreditation
  • Experience in MHE instruction
  • Good level of communication and computer skills
