About the Role
The Electric Vehicle Maintenance Technician will be responsible for servicing and maintaining electric vehicles to ensure they are reliable and safe for customers. This role requires a strong understanding of vehicle systems, including electrical, mechanical, and hydraulic components.
Key Responsibilities
- Service and inspect electric vehicles to identify and repair any issues
- Perform routine maintenance tasks, such as oil changes and tire rotations
- Diagnose and repair complex electrical and mechanical issues
- Work with high-voltage systems to service and diagnose faults
- Collaborate with colleagues to ensure efficient and effective vehicle maintenance
Requirements
- GCSE English (Grade 4) and GCSE Maths (Grade 4) essential
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work independently
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills
- Ability to work with high-voltage systems and electrical components
