Job Role:

We are seeking a dedicated Head of Occupational Wellbeing to lead our health and safety strategy and operations at Ackerman Pierce Ltd.

Responsibilities:
  1. Wellbeing Strategy: Develop and implement a wellbeing strategy to promote a healthy and safe working environment.
  2. Team Leadership: Manage a team of health and safety professionals, providing guidance and advice on health and safety matters.
  3. Risk Management: Identify and mitigate potential hazards through risk assessments, audits, and inspections.
  4. Training and Development: Deliver effective training and development programs to foster a proactive safety culture.
About You:
  • Qualifications: Proven qualifications in health and safety management, such as a Chartered Membership of IOSH.
  • Experience: Extensive experience in health and safety management, preferably within a local authority or large organization.
  • Leadership Skills: Ability to inspire and manage a team, driving performance and fostering professional growth.

Estimated salary: £80,000 - £100,000 per annum.
