Job Title: Gymnastics Instructor - Dumfries
Location: Dumfries
Salary: £3,780 - £4,900 per annum
About the Role
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Gymnastics Coach to assist in the delivery of our extensive Gymnastics Programme at DG1, Dumfries. This is a part-time position, 6 hours per week, for 40 weeks of the year, predominantly during school term-time.
As a Gymnastics Coach, you will be responsible for delivering school age gymnastics sessions, including pre-school and boy's specific gymnastics sessions. You will also assist with the administration and promotion of the Gymnastics Scheme.
About You
To be successful in this role, you will need to have a UKCC Level 1 Coaching Gymnastics certificate, excellent communication skills, and experience of working with children. You will also need to have experience of writing and following session plans and the ability to work with varying abilities of gymnasts.
Additionally, you will need to have excellent customer care skills, and ideally, a background knowledge of Scottish and British Gymnastics, and an understanding of Child Protection. A First Aid Certificate and a knowledge of Health and Safety are also desirable.

This post is considered as Regulated Work with Vulnerable Children, under the Protection of Vulnerable Groups (Scotland) Act.
