About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Marketing Delivery Manager to join our team at Computershare. As a key member of our marketing team, you will be responsible for leading the development and execution of marketing campaigns that align with our employee share plans business objectives.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in marketing, with experience in leading teams and managing multiple projects across different jurisdictions. You will be responsible for overseeing the development of content-driven marketing and communications initiatives, ensuring that marketing activities are joined up and consistent, and delivering high-quality marketing through the team.

You will also be responsible for managing the planning, development, and execution of virtual and physical events, including webinars, client events, roundtables, industry events, and workshops. Additionally, you will drive integrated planning globally on a prioritized, cross-region, cross-buyer set of global campaigns, working with multiple stakeholders.

We are looking for a candidate with a customer and market-driven orientation, strong project management skills, and attention to detail. You will have proven experience in leading and coaching teams across different marketing functions, with the ability to motivate, support, and develop others.
